2018 Dragon's Back Pinot Noir

The Dragon’s Back is a small set of rows planted directly on the spine of the Rodgers Creek Fault at the peak of Black Knight Vineyards. Growing out of volcanic rock and limestone, this Pinot Noir was largely dry farmed, producing a beautifully balanced and elegant. Aromas of rose petals and sweet herbs. This vineyard always produces our most delicate and feminine style of Pinot Noir. Aged on the lees for 10 months in 40% new French oak.
