"Pale ruby-purple colored, the 2016 Pinot Noir Black Knight Vineyard Dragon’s Back opens with a nose of perfumed violets and dried Provence herbs scents over a core of fresh cranberries, pomegranate and rhubarb pie with a touch of underbrush. Medium-bodied and wonderfully elegant in the mouth, it has a delicate frame of soft tannins supporting the intensely perfumed fruit, and it finishes with fantastic freshness. 100 cases produced."
