2021 "Quatre Cinq Un" Pinot Noir

This is our second rendition from the Santa Barbara County wine country. Showcasing that classic coastal minerality, it has baked strawberries and black pepper on the nose, with lip-smacking flavors of cherry coulis and rhubarb on the palate. It finishes with a bit of ground espresso and white pepper.
