2019 Dragon's Back Pinot Noir

The Dragon’s Back is a small set of rows planted directly on the spine of the Rodgers Creek Fault at the peak of Black Knight Vineyards. Growing out of volcanic rock and limestone, this Pinot Noir was largely dry farmed, producing a beautifully balanced and elegant. 

This vintage we blended in a little 667 and Pommard to balance out the floral 777. The result is rose petals and cranberries, along with a smooth long finish.
