2019 BirchBark Pinot Noir

By picking this vineyard three weeks earlier than previous years, we were able to preserve the strawberry flavors and increase the florals giving this juicy wine an added dimension.  Strawberry rhubarb, cherry, and geranium flowers, with some spicy edges of black pepper.

What better way to help out the animals of Santa Cruz and Monterey as 10% of each bottle sale is donated to the BirchBark Foundation, a nonprofit that saves animals' lives during veterinary emergencies when their owners are unable to afford the necessary care. Their mission is to prevent the unnecessary euthanasia of animals.
