2019 Le Meilleur Pinot Noir

Literally the best.  A blend of the very best barrels.  Only one barrel made. Wine Club members only. 

This wine sees 100% new French oak for ten months, followed by five months in neutral oak. Black raspberry, boysenberry, rose petals, sandalwood, and a hint of molasses and pine sap. A beautifully developing wine that will continue to evolve as she ages.
